Client Onboarding Specialist
Type: Full-time / Freelance / Remote. Overview: We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to provide a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients joining our platform. This role involves setting up systems, gathering client information, guiding them through tools like GHL, and ensuring they’re confident using our services from day one.
  • Manage the client onboarding process from contract to launch
  • Set up client accounts, templates, and systems inside GHL
  • Conduct onboarding calls to guide clients through the platform
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase
  • Create clear documentation and training resources for clients
  • 1+ year experience in client onboarding, account management, or support
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a client-first approach
  • Ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously
